@article{alcazer_2020, title={StatAid: An R package with a graphical user interface for data analysis}, DOI={10.5281/zenodo.4081352}, abstractNote={StatAid v1.1.0 - Official release for publication in JOSS `StatAid` is an R package designed to fit the needs for every-day statistical analysis in science. The package provides all the tools necessary to perform a data analysis in an intuitive ready-to-use graphical interface. Any user with no coding skill or no software with paid-license available can easily perform all the steps of a good statistical analysis, from data-exploration/quality check to multivariate modeling. The online version of `StatAid` (https://vincentalcazer.shinyapps.io/StatAid/) renders it accessible everywhere, even on computers with restrictive software installation policies. As an evolving open-source software, another goal of `StatAid` is also to fit specific needs by allowing users to request particular feature implementations for their study in the StatAid github repository (https://github.com/VincentAlcazer/StatAid). `StatAid` was designed to be used by clinicians, researchers, students and any person wanting to perform statistical analysis with no coding skills. It was primarily designed for medical/life science data analysis but can easily be extended to other fields.}, publisher={Zenodo}, author={ALCAZER, Vincent}, year={2020}, month={Oct} }
