Abstract

In course of this thesis smears of thirty subjects between 55 and 65 years were examined. The smears were taken from mouth, vagina and rectum. Two smears of each part were taken and examined using two different methods, in order to locate lactobacilli which were compared to them of pregnant women afterwards.
