Abstract

Application of Methanol solution on plant shoots increase yield and decrease water stress effects. The research was conducted in the Research Farm in the Agriculture Faculty of the University of Tabriz, in order to evaluate the effect of different concentration of Methanol solution spraying on different growth stages of P. vulgaris L. before and after flowering, in water stress conditions. It was conducted in split plot form in completely random blocks with three replications.
