It takes a few minutes to transform gene to plant. UidA\xa0gene\xa0was detected in <i>Escherichia coli</i>\xa0(K12\xa0strain) using polymerase chain reaction analysis by\xa0UidA-specific\xa0primers. The gene\xa0was transformed\xa0into the explants of two different plant species (<i>Solanum\xa0tuberosum</i>\xa0and\xa0<i>Paulownia\xa0tomentosa</i>). These plants have different natures as crop and woody plants\xa0respectively. Therefore, they have different abilities to express\xa0the UidA\xa0gene. The gene\xa0is expressed\xa0into blue color in plant tissues due to the formation and expression of\xa0the GUS\xa0enzyme. The transformation of\xa0the UidA\xa0gene was detected morphologically by the formation of blue color; and molecular using PCR. Chitosan nanoparticles were characterized by UV/Visible spectroscope and photographing with a transmission electron microscope (TEM). As a result of this research, it is suggested that chitosan nanoparticles be used in gene transformation into plant tissues.
