Il contributo riflette sulle tutele apprestate in favore del personale navigante dai Codici (Codice per la marina mercantile del 1877 e Codice di commercio del 1882) e il T.U. n. 51/1904 sull'assicurazione obbligatoria contro gli infortuni. This essay presents the protections established in favor of seafaring personnel by the Codes (Code for the merchant marine of 1877 and Commercial Code of 1882) and the T.U. n. 51/1904 on compulsory insurance against accidents at work
