Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate risk management in oil-rich southern managers. Method: This research is a correlation type. The statistical population of this study was 350 managers of southern oil fields and about 130 people selected by stratified random sampling. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in this study and 21SPSS computer software was used to analyze the collected data. To assess the variables of the research, the Risky Questionnaire (2011) was used. Findings: The findings of this study showed that managers had a moderate to moderate risk. There is a relationship between risk management with regard to organizational levels, gender, and level of education. There is also no relationship between risk management and education.
