  abstractNote={Endonazal cerrahi (septoplasti, septorinoplasti ve endoskopik sinüs cerrahisi) uygulanan 96 eriflkin hasta grubunda postope-ratif nazal kavite irrigasyonu için kullan›lan deniz suyu sprey (Rhinomer ® Force 3) ile serum fizyolojik spreyin etkinli¤i pros-pektif olarak endoskopik muayene skorlamas› ile karfl›laflt›r›ld›. Hastalar randomize olarak iki gruba ayr›ld›. Birinci gruba Rhino-mer ® Force 3, ikinci gruba ise serum fizyolojik sprey verildi. Her iki sprey formu ön tampon konulmufl hastalarda postoperatif 2. gün, tampon konulmam›fl hastalarda ise postoperatif 4. sa-atten itibaren bafllanmak üzere, günde 4 defa her bir nazal ka-viteye iki kez olacak flekilde 1 ay boyunca uyguland›. Hastala-r›n postoperatif 2, 7, 15 ve 30. günlerde olmak üzere 4 mm, 00 endoskopla endonazal muayeneleri yap›ld›. Her iki ilac›n et-kinli¤i istatistiksel olarak de¤erlendirildi. Postoperatif 7. gün (p<0.001) ve 15. günlerde (p<0.05) Rhinomer grubunun ista-tistiksel olarak anlaml› derecede etkin oldu¤u görüldü. Bu çal›fl-mada Rhinomer'in tek yönlü kuvvetli püskürtme özelli¤i ve içer-di¤i eser ve minör elementler ile endonazal cerrahi sonras› na-zal kavite iyileflmesinde etkili oldu¤u gösterilmifltir. The efficacy of Rhinomer ® Force 3 versus serum physiological spray was compared in 98 patients who had undergone endo-nasal surgery (septoplasty, rhinoplasty or endoscopic sinus surgery). The patients were randomly divided into two groups and asked to use for 1 month either Rhinomer ® Force 3, isoto-nic, sterile, undiluted sea water, or serum physiological spray was given 2 days after surgery in the patients with anterior nasal pack and 4 hour after surgery in the patients without nasal pack. Nasal status was assessed by rhinologic endoscopy, 4 mm, 00 nasal endoscope, on days 2, 7, 15 and 30 following surgery. On the 7th and 15th days, the efficacy was statistically significant for Rhinomer. In this study, Rhinomer containing trace and minor elements and providing active and dynamic cleansing of the nose, was found to be efficacious in the healing of the nasal cavity following endonasal surgery.},
