WeCWI divides its contribution in instructional design
\ninto macro and micro perspectives. In macro perspective, being a 21st
\ncentury educator by disseminating knowledge and sharing ideas with
\nthe in-class and global learners is initiated. By leveraging the virtue
\nof technology, WeCWI aims to transform an educator into an
\naggregator, curator, publisher, social networker and ultimately, a
\nweb-based instructor. Since the most notable contribution of
\nintegrating technology is being a tool of teaching as well as a
\nstimulus for learning, WeCWI focuses on the use of contemporary
\nweb tools based on the multiple roles played by the 21st century
\neducator. The micro perspective in instructional design draws
\nattention to the pedagogical approaches focusing on three main
\naspects: reading, discussion, and writing. With the effective use of
\npedagogical approaches through free reading and enterprises,
\ntechnology adds new dimensions and expands the boundaries of
\nlearning capacity. Lastly, WeCWI also imparts the fundamental
\ntheories and models for web-based instructors' awareness such as
\ninteractionist theory, cognitive information processing (CIP) theory,
\ncomputer-mediated communication (CMC), e-learning interactionalbased
\nmodel, inquiry models, sensory mind model, and leaning styles
\nmodel.", 'mimetype': 'text/plain', 'lang': 'en'}
