This study has examined the relationship between liberal leadership style and innovation in the Telecommunication Company of Kermanshah city, and has been done using descriptive survey research and by collecting data by library and field researches; therefore, it has studied the effects of liberal leadership style on innovation. The information gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire, so it is necessary to mention that the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire has been achieved (in liberal leadership style questionnaire α = 761/0 and in innovation questionnaire α = 751/0) and the research tool in the study population was (N = 350). The questionnaires have been distributed among 186-sample persons, according to Morgan table. In analyzing the data, at first a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and then due to the non-normal distribution of variables, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to test the hypothesis. The results of testing showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between liberal leadership style and innovation in the Telecommunications Company of Kermanshah city.},
