Abstract
This article aims to present the importance of contribution of ICT to Education, in relation to the learners and the teachers. At the same time, it aims at presenting the learners' and teachers' opinions about the usefulness of ICT. Firstly, ICT and its three basic models of use which have been incorporated into the school community are analyzed in this article. Then there is a comparison between the learners' and teachers' attitude toward ICT in the classroom. Also, pedagogical benefits and some of the disadvantages of ICT are unfolded. The methodology used is the review of modern, world-wide literature. ICT offers career development skills to a demanding world, that is incorporated into the "Society of Information" and it is constantly changing. A considerable number of teachers find it difficult to integrate them into the education, which is in contrast to trainees who tend to learn on technology. Teachers should understand, and then take advantage of pedagogical benefits of ICT, and adopt new teaching methods. Keywords: ICT, Society of Information, Education, Didactic Method, Evolution
