+content = "
"

Kelakai contain bioactive compounds that have anti-inflammatory activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of the extract kelakai on levels of IL-10 in mice BALB / s infected by P. berghei ANKA. This study is true experimental studies with posttest-only with Control Group Design. The treatment group was divided into 8 groups. Two groups received kelakai extract per oral 10 mg/kgBW and 100 mg/kgBW. Four groups received kelakai extract per oral 10 mg/kgBW and 100 mg/kgBW 3 hours after infection and when the parasitaemia reaches 15-20%. Negative controls do not receive the extract kelakai and parasitic infections. Positive controls get a parasitic infection. Treatment was given for 4 days. Blood samples were taken 24 hours after the last treatment. Levels of IL-10 were measured by sandwich ELISA method. Data were analyzed with Games Howell test, with a confidence level of 95%. There were no significant differences between treatment groups. Extract kelakai Giving oral dose of 10 mg/KgBW and 100 mg/KgBW not significantly increase the levels of interleukin-10.\nKeywords: Stenochlaena palustris (Burm.f) bedd; Interleukin-10 \n\n\nAbstrak : Interleukin-10 sebagai Sitokin pro-inflamasi memiliki peran melindungi kerusakan pada malaria berat. Kelompok perlakuan dibagi menjadi 8 kelompok. Kontrol positif mendapat infeksi parasit. Perlakuan diberikan selama 4 hari. Sampel darah diambil 24 jam setelah perlakuan terakhir. \nKata-kata Kunci : Stenochlaena palustris (Burm.f) Bedd; Interleukin-10
"

Vaginal discharge is a common symptom experienced by most women caused by Candida albicans infection. This research used the true experiment with posttest only control design which aimed to know the content of phytochemistry and antifungal potential of Jatropha curcas twigs extract on Candida albicans growth. Extract of Jatropha curcas in this study was obtained through a solvent extraction process using ethanol 96% by the method of maceration. The method used for the phytochemistry test was a qualitative method, while for the antifungal potential test was done by diffusion method with the concentration of 10%, 25%, 30%, 40% and 50%. The results of Phytochemistry test showed that Jatropha curcas twigs extracts are saponins, tannins, and flavonoids, but no alkaloid compounds were found, however a test result of the antifungal potential test showed that the average diameter of inhibition zone of Candida albicans growth is 0 mm. The conclusion of this study is Jatropha curcas twigs extracts can not inhibit Candida albicans growth, For other researchers which use jatropha curcas twigs, are suggested to do a phytochemical test quantitatively and to test the antifungal potential with dilution method.
"

This study aims to determine the influence of the many clumps Limnocharis flava to decreased levels of effluent BOD rubber industry with a variety clump Limnocharis flava much as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 clumps and clumps Limnocharis flava know the number of the most influential in lowering levels of BOD. This type of research is true experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The research material was Limnocharis flava. The result showed the levels of initial BOD rubber waste amounted to 299.5 mg / l, decreased levels of BOD of waste rubber after being treated with Limnocharis flava with a variety of clumps. Decreased levels of BOD rubber waste for each successive treatment ranging from 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 clumps genjer ie 13.65%, 14, 52%, 15.6%, 20.94%, and 29.05%. Based on test results obtained linear regression for each treatment their effect on levels of BOD using genjer rubber waste. Treatment using Limnocharis flava much as 5 clump results BOD levels decrease the total of up to 29.05%. This value has not met the standard the maximum allowable levels of BOD. Need soaking clumps Limnocharis flava more stout and longer so that the rubber waste reduction in BOD levels in accordance with the quality standards required.
"

To that end, the author exposits John Calvin's formulation of the Trinity and that of the church fathers, which anticipates Calvin's doctrine. Crucial to a proper understanding are the distinctions between essence and persons and between the ontological Trinity and each person's role in redemption. The historical survey concludes with B. B. Warfield's and Thomas F. Torrance's assessments of Calvin's contribution. Finally, three implications linked to our doctrine of God—knowledge, forgiveness, and love—are considered.
"

Synthetic sweeteners are widely circulated in the community is cyclamate. Consumption of cyclamate that exceeds the dose will lead to bladder cancer. It will also cause lung, liver, and lymph tumors. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of cyclamate in ice cream that exceeded the required threshold. The type of this research is the descriptive survey. The sample of this research is ice cream that produced by household companies from all ice cream traders in North Banjarbaru with 11 ice cream sellers. The variables in this study were cyclamate content found in ice cream. The results showed that 11 samples of ice cream were examined, 9 samples containing cyclamate with the highest level of 7.37 g / kg as cyclamic acid. The conclusion of this study is ice cream containing cyclamate found as much as 82% (9 samples), while 18% (2 samples) others negative, from 9 samples containing cyclamate positive, 89% did not qualify the requirements of PERMENKES Number 208 in 1985 that exceeds 2 gr/Kg as cyclamate acid. More specific checks are required for the analysis of cyclamate levels by other methods such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
"

The novel designs were produced by employing three novel techniques to conventional AVA: (i) rotated-slot pattern to shift down the frequency cutoff and enhancing bandwidth, (ii) curve design to miniaturize rotated-slot-inserted antipodal Vivaldi, and (iii) fractal-director (Cantor set) to increase the gain of antipodal Vivaldi. Using FR4 (relative permittivity of 4.4) with an overall dimension of 300 mm x 143 mm x 1.6 mm the antenna designs are able to work at a frequency of 0.472 GHz to higher than 6 GHz with a maximum gain of 11.9 dBi.
"

Candidiasis treatment can be done with a variety of antifungal drugs, one of them is rhizome of kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.). The Rhizome of kencur is selected as a traditional medicine because it contains chemical compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins and essential oil that serves as an antifungal. This study aimed to determine the minimal inhibitory and minimal killing power and also an influence of kencur rhizome extract on the growth of Candida albicans in vitro. This research was true experimental design with posttest only control group design with tube dilution method. Results of Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) research showed there was no clarity at concentration of 20 mg/mL, 30 mg/mL, 40 mg/mL, and it shows clarity at concentration of 50 mg/mL and 60 mg/mL. Results of Minimum Bactericidal Concentrations (MBCs) showed the number of colonies at concentration of 20 mg/mL were 84 colonies, concentration of 30 mg/mL were 48 colonies, concentration of 40 mg/mL were 27 colonies, concentration of mg/mL were 12 colonies and concentration of 60 mg/mL were 0 colony. Based on linear regression test, the result showed significance value of 0.000 <ɑ = 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a kencur rhizome extract influence on the growth of Candida albicans in vitro with minimal inhibitory concentrations is the concentration of 50 mg/mL and the minimal bactericidal concentrations 60 mg/mL. Lead metal has a negative impact on the environment including human health. The first effect of chronic Pb poisoning before reaching the target organ is the presence of hemoglobin synthesis disorder so that the hemoglobin level decreases. The effect of lead poisoning in the blood can occur if the Pb content is more 70 ug/dl or 0.7 ppm which will lead to anemia. This study aims to determine a level of lead metal in the blood of kelepon seller that exceeds the threshold. Descriptive survey research method with cross-sectional design on the sample from 15 respondents. The lead metal (Pb) in the blood is measured using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (SSA) device. The result of the research shows that there are 13 respondents (86,7%) whose Pb metal content exceeds the blood lead threshold that is 20 ug / dL or 0,20 ppm. The highest level of lead in the blood of the respondents was 0.73 ppm and the lowest was 0.10 ppm. Two respondents with lead in blood less than 0.20 ppm are known to always use personal protective equipment while working, even though the working time is 6-10 hours/day. It is advisable to conduct further research by examining Hb levels and abnormalities of erythrocytes in the blood of the kelepon seller and conducting similar research </p>
"

The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify indigenic bacteria that have the potential as Pb bioremediation agents in agar liquid waste and to analyze the ability of indigenic bacteria in reducing Pb. The research design used Completely Randomized Design (RAL) two factorial with variation of bacteria and eight days of treatment. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA with Duncan's advanced test. The results showed that there were eight isolates resulting from the isolation of agar liquid waste. The isolates of liquid waste indigen bacteria so that the most potential in reducing Pb were isolated H, E and F. The three isolates were able to reduce Pb in sterile agar liquid waste by 82.6%, 81.3% and 79.3% for eight days of treatment. The identification results using Microbact TM GNB 12A / B / E, 24 Identification Kits showed that H bacterial isolates were Bacillus alvei, E isolates were Bacillus pumilus species and F isolates were Bacillus lichenformis species
"
